Dmorg Apps

This Privacy Policy explains how Dmorg handles information in its mobile apps, including PDF Master and Circuit Link. It also explains how advertising, file access, and device permissions may be involved when you use these products.

Effective date: August 5, 2026

Overview

Dmorg currently publishes PDF Master and Circuit Link. We do not require you to create a user account, provide your real name, or submit an email address to use these apps.

The apps may store local settings, product preferences, progress, recent activity, and other app-state information on your device so the experience can remain usable across sessions.

How the Apps Work

PDF Master is a PDF reading and utility app. It may let you import documents you choose, keep a library of files you opened or created, remember reading position, and perform common actions such as merging PDFs, splitting page ranges, and creating PDFs from images.

Circuit Link is a mobile puzzle game. It may save gameplay progress, settings, achievements, hints, and similar game-related data on your device.

Information We May Process

Depending on the app and how you use it, Dmorg apps may process non-sensitive device, usage, and content-access information needed to provide features, save local state, improve stability, and support advertising.

  • Local app data such as reading position, imported document references, favorites, recent files, level progress, settings, and preferences.
  • Device and app diagnostics such as crash information, performance data, and technical logs when available.
  • Advertising-related information handled by third-party advertising or monetization partners.
  • File metadata or access handles needed when you explicitly choose PDFs or images in PDF Master.

PDF Master and Document Access

PDF Master is designed around user-selected files. When you choose a PDF or image through the system file picker or media selection flow, the app may access that content so it can open, read, merge, split, convert, or save the result back to app-managed storage.

PDF Master may keep references to documents you imported or created, along with related local state such as reading progress, favorites, and document history. It is not intended to scan all device storage by default just to build a library.

Advertising

Dmorg apps may contain advertising. Ads may be delivered by third-party advertising networks, mediation providers, or monetization partners.

These advertising partners may collect or use information such as device identifiers, advertising IDs, IP address, approximate location, app interactions, diagnostics, network information, and ad performance data. This information may be used to deliver ads, measure performance, prevent fraud, improve advertising services, and, where allowed, personalize ads.

We do not control the privacy practices of third-party advertising partners. Their data handling is governed by their own privacy policies, platform rules, consent settings, and device-level controls.

Permissions the Apps May Use

Depending on the product, Android version, and future integrations, Dmorg apps may request or rely on permissions and system access flows such as the following:

  • File or document access selected by the user through Android system pickers, so PDF Master can open chosen PDFs or images.
  • Storage-related permissions on older Android versions, including read or write external storage access where required for compatibility.
  • Network-related access that may be used for advertising delivery, ad measurement, fraud prevention, policy updates, or other online app services.
  • Advertising identifier or similar platform-level ad services, when supported by the device and permitted by platform rules.

Not every app will use every permission or access path at all times. Actual permission requests can vary by app version, Android version, device behavior, and enabled third-party services.

Your Choices

You can manage certain privacy, file-access, and advertising choices through your device settings, app permission settings, notification settings, and platform options related to advertising identifiers or ad personalization.

You may also stop information processing by uninstalling the app or clearing app data, although doing so may remove locally stored preferences, reading state, saved progress, or other device-level app information.

Children's Privacy

Dmorg apps are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through one of our apps, please contact us so we can review the matter.

Data Security

We use reasonable measures designed to protect information associated with our apps. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of a Dmorg app after an update means you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
